I recently stayed at Joe's resort and found it to be a lovely place with a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities in the rooms are modern and spacious, although some minor service issues detracted from the overall experience. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, but the dining could use some improvement as it was average overall.

Our stay at Joe's Resort Bentota was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, perfectly situated next to a clean beach, making it easy to enjoy the shore without interruptions. The swimming pool was well-maintained for most of our visit, but we encountered issues with air conditioning in multiple rooms. While the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, some aspects of our stay were disappointing, especially with dining options. Overall, there are wonderful moments to cherish, yet significant improvements are needed.
